A new year always brings fresh energy, but it also gives us a chance to pause and appreciate where we’ve been. This video captures some of our favorite moments from 2025 – projects we’re proud of, events we enjoyed, and the memories we made along the way. Here’s to another year of new growth, new goals, and great work together.

December 2025

ALRA had an incredible time at the 2025 AGC NYS Construction Industry Conference in Saratoga Springs!

A multi-day event bringing together construction professionals from across New York State for collaboration and industry insights, the conference offered valuable learning sessions, networking opportunities, and forward-looking conversations that continue to move our industry ahead.

We’re especially proud of our Resident/Project Engineer, Paul Taveras, P.E. for presenting and sharing insights on the NYS Thruway Authority’s Culvert Repair projects on I-87 at MP 36.68 and 52.87.

This holiday season, our team came together to spread a little extra joy. Throughout our Holiday Party, employees generously brought toys for children, filling our collection with gifts. The toys were donated to Andrus House, and being there to witness the impact firsthand was truly touching.

We are proud to support Andrus House, a nonprofit dedicated to helping children and families promoting stability and resilience through care, education, and emotional support. Their work creates environments where children and families can discover a place of safety and healing.

ALRA Engineers is proud to support a cause that brings smiles to our community.

December 2025

ALRA gathered for our annual Holiday Party, and it was such a special way to close out the year. The night was filled with great food, heartfelt speeches, dancing, music, and a look back at the year that reminded us of everything we’ve accomplished together. It was a wonderful chance for the team to unwind, celebrate, and capture memories with plenty of photos.

We’re grateful for the memories we made, and the meaningful moments that close out the year.

December 2025

Our team had a great afternoon attending the 2025 ASCE Long Island Branch Annual Transportation Luncheon. The event brought together transportation leaders, industry experts, and civil engineering professionals for a thoughtful discussion on the future of infrastructure across Long Island. From the networking to the speaker panel, it was an insightful experience from start to finish.

November 2025

ALRA had the opportunity to attend the NYSATE Section 8 Mini Conference at Wappingers Falls, NY. A day filled with insightful presentations, industry updates, and great conversations with peers across the transportation and engineering community. We also extend our appreciation to all the presenters for sharing their expertise on each

ALRA is proud to be a member of the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA). This association represents design and construction professionals who have embraced the design-build process which continues to evolve and expand. ALRA is pleased to be a part of this evolution, seeing the benefits in action through the projects that we’ve been involved in. Most notably, these include a unified project approach with a focus on team collaboration, as well as efficiency, timeliness and cost-effective benefits in construction projects.
